First-Time Attendance

To become a member of Liberty Elite, please fill in our membership form which can be found HERE!

Identification

To finalize your membership, please present a valid driver’s license to confirm your identity.

Duration

Your membership remains active for one full year from your date of enrolment.

Fees

For your convenience, the membership fee is due upon your second visit to the club.
